Partner Recruitment

  • Identification and negotiation with potential partners when the strategy calls for external reward providers or a coalition program.

Reward

  • Reward specification, sourcing, order receipt and fulfilment processing in accordance with the specified administrative tools.

Promotion & Communication

  • Implementation of the naming, theming, promotion and communication strategy (in association with the client’s advertising agency or independently).

Program Operation

  • Manage all component suppliers and supplier training, and ensure compliance with contracted terms and conditions
  • Maintain ongoing liaison with program Principal/s.
